Cherry Belle-
Winner of the All America Selections award, this heirloom radish is known for its bright flavor and crunchy texture. It is an excellent choice for fresh consumption throughout the season. The roots are round, smooth, and scarlet in color with tangy white flesh. They can be used in a variety of dishes such as crudités, salads, or soups. Additionally, they taste exceptional when roasted and paired with lemon and brown butter.
Red Arrow-
The winter Red Arrow radish cultivar has long and white roots and green tops with colorful veins. Radish sprouts are rich in nutrients! Shoot stems are pinkish-red and slightly darker than China Rose but lighter than Todo, with medium green cotyledons.
Although Red Arrow was specially developed for its characteristic red shoots when mature, it is a type of Japanese winter radish daikon, which means big root in Japanese.
Diakon-
The Diakon variety stands apart from its smaller counterparts due to its absence of bold hues and a noticeably gentler taste. Unlike its more vibrant relatives, this variety is ideal for stir-frying or pickling, offering a satisfyingly crisp and tender texture.
