Green Wave-
Our most spiciest  green mustard.
Vibrant green, wide leaves with a neatly serrated edge, and a fiery, piquant taste. Cultivate densely to ensure that the leaves maintain an ideal size for baby greens, while the stems lengthen for effortless harvesting.

Golden Fills-
The delicately divided and frilled leaves provide a distinct appearance when used to enhance the texture and taste of salads. They offer a delightful combination of sweetness and spiciness.

Wasabina-
The leaves of this plant are broad and have a vibrant green color. They have distinct scalloped edges and are soft to the touch, giving them a tender and delicate quality. The leaves also have a great amount of loft, making them appear voluminous and full. It is a slow-bolting variety, meaning it takes longer to go to seed. The flavor of these leaves is mild and slightly sweet, with a subtle hint of spiciness. It is recommended to plant them densely so that the leaves remain small enough for use as baby leaf greens. Additionally, the petioles, which are the stalks that connect the leaves to the stem, elongate as the plant grows, making it easy to harvest the leaves.

Granet Giant-
The darkest variety of broadleaf mustard boasts vibrant, purple leaves that have softly curved edges. This unique coloration is most prominent during the spring and fall seasons when the leaves are young. The flavor of this mustard is mild, making it a versatile ingredient in various dishes. However, it tends to bolt relatively quickly, so it is advisable to plant it densely. By doing so, the leaves will retain their ideal size for baby leaf harvest, and the petioles will elongate, making the harvest process easier.
