Before returning, please contact me about the problem with the order so hopefully it can be resolved! We accept returns up to 30 days after sale. The buyer will have to pay for return shipping. Thank you.

 All package will be send the next day after an order and will be shipped by noon.

USPS does not receive Priority mail or first class packages on Sunday, if a package is order after noon on Saturday it will not be sent till Monday morning, Thank you.

 Live plant returns and refund policy-

Thank you for your purchase from Breezyseeds, all live plant purchases from our store are sent through the United State Postal System. For a plant, this can be a rough journey. At Breezyseeds we try our best to send plants in packaging that will ensure that the plants survive their trip. Most plant sent through USPS will experience some form of stress along this journey, most likely from a lack of light and water. Below we have listed the steps we require before returning/ refunding a plant.

Before returning your plant make sure you follow the steps provided in the plant care sheet provided in your package.

After 2 weeks of care. Contact us at Breezyseeds for a return or refund.

Provide Detailed pictures and a description of what happened.

With returns, the customer will have to cover all costs to return the package.

We DO ship during the winter months. There is a 6$ handling charge for insulated boxes and heating pads. During winter months, we will only ship plants by priority mail to make sure plants arrives quickly to avoid damage from below freezing conditions. This listing has a "handling time" of 3 days. Most packages will NOT take 3 days to ship, this is mostly a precaution in case of extreme winter conditions we will monitor the weather and find the best day to ship your package to your state. All packages will be shipped Monday-Thursday morning only. Orders placed Thursday night through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship to these states (IA, ID, ME, MI, MN, MT, ND, NE, SD, WI, WY,) during the months of (November - March). All orders during these months and from these states will be canceled and buyers will get a full refund.
