Lemon- 
Small cucumbers in a round shape, with a pale yellow color. Harvest them when they reach a diameter of 1½–2½ inches. This cucumber variety is known for its versatility, as it has a sweet and flavorful taste. Unlike other cucumbers, it contains less of the compound that gives them a bitter taste and makes them difficult to digest. While Lemon cucumbers are commonly enjoyed raw, they can also be used for pickling purposes.
